教学工作:
主要承担本科生《土壤肥料学》、《土壤农化分析》、《环境规划与管理》等课程的教学工作,承担研究生《农产品安全生产技术与应用》课程教学工作。主持校级公司产品改革研究项目2项,发表教学研究论文2篇。《农产品安全生产技术与应用》入选北京市课程思政示范课程;《土壤肥料学》获全国高等农林院校课程思政联盟优秀案例。
指导本科生毕业论文获北京市普通高校优秀本科毕业设计(论文)1项;指导研究生学位论文获永利官网优秀学位论文1项;指导老员工学科竞赛项目获省部级奖励4项。
科研工作:
主要从事土壤环境过程与土壤碳循环方面的研究工作。主持国家自然科学基金、北京市自然科学基金、北京市教委科研计划项目、北京市委组织部优秀人才培养资助项目、北京市科协科技助力乡村振兴项目等。发表研究论文40余篇,其中SCI论文12篇。

Teaching work:
Mainly responsible for the teaching of "Soil and Fertilizer Science", "Soil and Agricultural Chemistry Analysis", "Environmental Planning and Management" for undergraduates, and the teaching of "Safety Production Technology and Application of Agricultural Products" for postgraduates. Presided over 2 research projects on school-level education and teaching reform and published 2 teaching research papers. "Safety Production Technology and Application of Agricultural Products" was selected as the Beijing Ideological and Political Demonstration Course; "Soil and Fertilizer Science" won the excellent case of the National Agricultural and Forestry Universities Curriculum Ideological and Political Alliance.
Guiding undergraduate graduation thesis won one outstanding undergraduate graduation design (thesis) in Beijing ordinary universities; Awarded one excellent dissertation of Beijing University of Agriculture; Guiding undergraduate discipline competition projects won 4 provincial and ministerial awards.
Scientific research:
Mainly engaged in the research of soil environmental processes and soil carbon cycle. Presided over the National Natural Science Foundation, Beijing Natural Science Foundation, Beijing Education Commission Scientific Research Program, Beijing Municipal Committee Organization Department Excellent Talent Training Funding Project, Beijing Science and Technology Association Technology to Help Rural Revitalization Project, etc. Published more than 40 research papers, including 12 SCI papers.
