Zhongnan University of Economics and Law
In order to encourage and promote communication in accounting history research and education, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law is planning to establish the Accounting Historical Relics and Documents Museum of China.
Zhongnan University of Economics and Law is one of the leading finance and economics universities in China. The accounting history research team led by Professor Guo Daoyang has achieved great success with high international reputation. Based on the personal collections of professor Guo, the university started to build the accounting historical museum and the first exhibition will be hold in 2018 during the 70th anniversary of the University.
We are inviting for donation of accounting, auditing and finance related historical relics and documents world-widely. We earnestly hope the experts, scholars and those who have been dedicating himself to the research and teaching of accounting history may kindly donate including, but not limited to, the following items:
I. Historical relics related to accounting, auditing and finance from different cultures and nations.
II. Monographs on accounting history and classical accounting works (In Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, and other languages).
III. Pictures, photos, paintings related to accounting historical events, figures, companies, conferences and meetings.
IV. Portraits, correspondences and diaries of outstanding historical figures in the accounting field.
V. Historical archives and documents related to accounting, auditing and finance, such as invoices and vouchers, accounts-books, financial statements, auditing reports, banking files, and others.
VI. Syllabus and other teaching materials in accounting, auditing and finance.
VII. Poetry, fictions, comics and other art works in accounting, auditing and finance.
We look forward to receiving donations from individuals and organizations both in China and other countries. Your support will help us build a pyramid for accounting history research. We would like to extend our sincere gratitude and appreciation to you.
